This challenge is for all providers of both technology and actual solution-platforms, that enable lending by both consumers and business:
  • Platforms that enable peer-to-peer lending and the management of P2P loan portfolios
  • Innovations that allow SME businesses to access loans
Personal Financial Management and Investment
This challenge is for all innovations aimed at:
  • Helping individuals to manage their money and track it better
  • Tools to make it easier for individuals to make investments
Mobile payments and Customer Service
This covers innovations that enable payments via mobile devices of all kinds, and innovations that use mobile devices for providing customer service:
  • Different ways of allowing consumers to pay using mobile devices
  • Enabling banks to provide better customer service using mobile technologies
Security & Fraud Reduction
Innovations designed to reduce fraud and improve security, both for banks and their clients, and includes:
  • Identity verification and assisting banks meet 'Know Your Customer' (KYC) requirements
  • Reducing the risk of both online fraud and credit card fraud
  • Improving online security for transactions
